What it is that we do....

At the Andy the Hippie headquarters we all like to have a real good time. Here are some pictures of things and other stuff.
The Hippie has traveled to many concerts and loves the outdoors. Fire is good, the beach is cool, and trees are great.
Gardening is one of The Hippies favourite pasttimes. We'll post some shots of the gardening soon.

I figure I should give a little background on myself. I was born and raised in Northern California and have lived mainly in the North Bay Area. I have lived in a lot of different places, with a lot of different people. I have been blessed with a very good group of friends who I have known for a long, long time.....
I am so very thankful for all the things I have been blessed with. Thanks 
 
 
At any rate somewhere way back in my early years I got into music. My parents both grew up in San Francisco and since I was born in '65 I grew up listening to all kinds of groovy tunes. The Beatles, The Stones, Janice Joplin and Santana to name a few. Somewhere around '80 or so I started going to concerts. Van Halen, Iron Maiden, The Scorpions, Y&T, Motley Crue all that crazy metal scene. Little did I know where this would lead me. One day in the late '80s a friend said I should check out this band called The Grateful Dead.
Well needless to say the bus came by and I got on, that's when it all began......
 
After more than a hundred Dead shows I have a lot of great stories to tell. As soon as time allows I will be writing them down for all to read and enjoy. This darn computer stuff just takes so much energy. Even a beer and some smoke is not enough to help. So be patient and keep checking back. The glorious stories will find these pages....and they will be good.
